They are saying I owe money for a payday loan when I don't have a payday loan. They don't even offer this in my state.

My son was at the computer when a warning appeared on our computer screen telling us we had a virus. I told him not to call the number but he did 800-940-7624. Then he let them put something on our computer. He had a foreign accent. He said he was from Windows.
