Purchased 2 necklaces in December. Received a confirmation email stating custom jewelry will take a few weeks. No updates, no reply at [email protected] when asked about tracking number and status. 2 emails were undeliverable. Website now no longer active. No phone numbers made available to speak with anyone. Jewelry never received.
