In January 2015, we received a package that contained 'healing' lotions with a bill. We did not authorize the purchase and had never even heard of the company until the box was at our door. Our business name was even incorrect on the box, my employer purchased this chiropractic practice over 5 years ago from xxxxx xxxxx but now we are xxxxx xxxxx Center. I also noticed that they used my name as the point of contact and I have no idea how they received that information. Soon after we received the package, I took the product to the post office to return to sender. The address was not listed on the invoice at all so I sent the product to the address listed on the shipping box. I had the package tracked and was able to confirm that package was received and signed for. Ever since, our office has received numerous letters/invoices, and emails requesting payment. As the office manager, I have spoken to them at least a dozen times but have called much more than that. I've left many voicemail messages because they rarely answer the phone. I've explained that we didn't authorize this purchase, have sent the product back, and have asked them never to contact us again on many occasions. Any feedback I have been able to find on the internet is not satisfactory at all which leads me to believe this is purely a scam. Today we have received another letter and because nothing I've done has seemed to work, I'm asking for your help.
