I was browsing the Facebook Market place and found the portable foldable storage unit and thought it looked like a good product. So I placed the order and everything seemed fine. I received the shipment and it was a cashmere scarf. I contacted the company requesting a refund and received this response:

"Hi,

Sorry to hear for the above,after checking,we noticed that your above order for the item is wrongly packaged by our warehouse worker,In view of his hard working and difficult family situation, company will not pursue the loss and shipping cost of the wrong product price difference.

And he is willing to subsidize his own 20% refund to you to bear his own mistakes

Looking forward to your understanding, and give the most sincere blessings"

This seems like a scam. I would very much like to keep this from happening to anyone else.
