I bought a product on their website which I thought would be reliable. Received a confirmation email with a tracking number for my shipment. I don’t live in the U.S. so I wasn’t expecting it to arrive in my country until at least 2 weeks, also because of the pandemic I wasn’t expecting it to arrive very quickly. Cut to 3 weeks later (2 weeks ago) I decided to contact their customer service email to see what was up because I tried tracking my shipment but nothing came from it. It has been 2 weeks since and I decided to call them. The call sounded sketchy, stating to contact them via email. The call only had the message and nobody answered.
