I received an email about an AUTO-PAY subscription in the amount of $199.00 for an Annual Anti-Virus Pack subscription. I never signed up for any type of annual Anti-virus subscription. I have an Apple computer and in the past 7 years, I have never had a problem with a virus. I called the number listed and asked how they got my cell number and they immediately hung up.

Received email telling me I owed $499.00 and they were going to debit my checking account. I texted them back and said I did not request this service and would not pay them. Twenty minutes later someone called me and I hung up. Hung up on them 4x. Persistent in telling me I owed them $499.00 and if I wanted to cancel order I would have to fill out a form they would send me. I said no. Finally my husband got on the phone and spoke to them and then hung up. Kaspersky did not call back (if in reality it was them). Kaspersky is a Russian based company with offices in Florida. Thank you.
