I was looking for a personal loan. They offered me a $5,000 loan. However, I would need to pay $675 up front. Then when I received the loan, I would repay them. Then I would not need to make a payment for 6 months. The $675 needed to be sent by Western Union to a person in Canada. They told me this was the actual person making the loan on their behalf. After I did this, I was told a 2nd payment of $675 needed to be made. I said I didn't have it. I was told they would pay the $300 and I would pay only $375. Then also I would repay the $300, when I received the loan. I did this, then was told the person had to make an unexpected trip out of town, so I would need to send the money to another person. I was refunded the $375 by Western Union, then given another name to send the money to. This happened several times. Finally they said they could not come up with their $300. So I said just forget the loan and refund me the $1,050. The person I had been speaking to told me it would take up to 30 days for them to refund my money. He told me he would call me the next day and give me an exact date of when I would be refunded the money. I have not received a call even after calling them several times asking for the information.

Called and sent email for 5000 loan approval and wanted 450$ collateral sent before loan disbursement.

I was in need of a loan, and this was a good opportunity so I thought. The requirement for loan approval was that I had to pay the first 3 months in advance. I assumed that it would be taken off the top of the loan. when I told her this was what I understood would happen, and that I didn't have the money to pay in advance, she put me on hold with the implication that she was going to talk to the lender about it. After a few minutes the line was disconnected. I was to pay $675.00 up front for loan approval. I tried to call her back about 5 times but she was not available. After some thought I realized this had to be a scam.
