Was part of T-Mobile data breech. Believe information of email and address may have been obtained by this party to send out this out of the blue request to coordinate delivery and payment for something that was not purchased.

Believe the goal is to contact then get drawn into something or feel like you need to pay something to resolve this (haven’t called this; won’t call the number. Wanted to report this to investigate and prevent any victims from being mislead or paying for something that they never even asked for. Deceptive practice for sure utilizing information that was not provided to them by myself.
