I contacted the number on the invoice that was attached to the email and they tried to get me to go on my computer and allow them to download an app that would help me cancel the program. I questioned them numerous times on what they were doing and told them I wasn’t going to do it that I needed to talk to a supervisor. At this point they couldn’t give me to the supervisor and my husband came home from work. He talked to them for a while and they started threatening him so he hung up the phone.
