It was on a groupme chat called UT ticket marketplace where students at the University of Texas at Austin sell anything they would like. The scammer was selling me 2 The Weeknd tickets for his show in Arlington, TX on August 14th. We used Zelle as the payment. I told her I would pay for 1 ticket and then pay for the other ticket once I got the concert tickets from her. But she sent me a screenshot of an email that said she has the tickets and told me to pay in full. Once I paid for the tickets, she asked for a screenshot or proof I paid. I’ve messaged her multiple times and she hasn’t responded back.
