STOP CHARGING MY CARD! I have called you guys multiple times. I dud $1 look up and canceled the service online which they say I didnt of course. They kept trying to take different sums of $ out of my cash app account and we're denied due to me having insufficient funds in that account and when I had a deposit on that card of more than 350.00 all those charges that were denied all came out of that deposit, right off the top! I didn't authorize any of those charges, I didn't know who or what the company was even !

I paid a dollar yesterday and now I am 48.00 short on my cash app because u guys took it upon yourselves to take my money. I have 4 daughters...this is absolutely ridiculous. I'm not sure if I have all the information you need but these people seem to have been capable of getting into my us direct express card account and I have noticed that they charged me for money withdrawn on I think 2 maybe 3 different occasions and there could be more but I had opt-out once and noticed that they were doing it again I have to be able to pay for my bills on line considering I'm disabled and there for I've been using a Google account and gmail to see what is being sent to me I had complcations before so I know I had expressed that I was to be told or contacted to authorize the payment information for process and there I was contacted in my email and record transcripts from direct express mobile app for money I was charged to my card for some reason or another of service and payment for this. I had to go back through the payment information and get the information for the company to locate a web address and see if I can retrieve the payment and noticed that I was charged for a fee for process of payment also.
