I was approached by an account under the name of kareemknox on Instagram claiming to be a sugar mommy. The account at first seemed legit, until the account asked me to send $23 to confirm a payroll fee in order to recieve $2100. I told the scammer that I didn't have any money to give, and after many texts of explanation the scammer told me that they would take a $12 payment instead of $23 because of my reported situation. I ofcourse blocked the account immediately afterwards recieveing this new information. The scammer asked me to send the money to ( $KJWELCH2018 ) through CashApp.
