Received a "NOTICE OF INTENTION TO FILE AN I.R.S. 1099-C FORM" in the mail from the "Offices of Kaplan and Samuels".  Looks very official but I know it's false.  Said they would accept a one time payment of $408.82 or 6 @ $81.17.  It says I owe $1635.27 which I know is false.

Out the blue received a call I owe money from Sprint from 2006 & was told that it wouldn’t show in my credit report unless judgement was made in court. Then I received the attached letter showing PO Box as an address. I don’t recall owing any money from Sprint 12 years ago.
