I’ll keep it short as most posters have described similar scam from this company. We had a number of our wedding guests purchase from this company, they did not deliver. They stalled long enough not to get refunds then stopped communicating.

The pretend they are based in the US (Pennsylvania) but it really is a fraudulent company working from Canada, Panama and the Philippines. Some of the web designers, who are on LinkedIn, admitted that this is a scam company and they left after not being compensated themselves.

The site is still up, still taking orders and they are updating their social media to take down negative reviews.

I purchased the Tori Bird lamp ($199.99) on August, 7 and never received it. In a month I reached out to customer service and they told me that there was shipping delay and I will be getting a free gift and once it’s in the US it will be 5 to 12 day.
Today is Dec 4 and it’s still not delivered.
They don’t answer calls and emails.

I placed Order# 9392 on August 26, 2022 and Order# 9429 on August 28, 2022. As of November 19, 2022, I have not receive any products and they have not responded to any emails other than an automatic email response that they will respond soon.

Purchased the floor length Tori Bird Lamp going on 3 months ago. Received an order confirmation and an email response when I reached out approximately 5-6 weeks after the purchase to inquire where it was since it hadn't arrived. Was told they were experiencing a large volume of purchases but that they would be including a free sunset lamp as a gift to make it up to me. Over a month and a half later after that and I still have received absolutely nothing in the mail, no responses to my emails/voicemails, and we will be disputing the charges with the bank. They claim to not do phone customer service at this time due to COVID.

I wish I had seen the fraud alerts earlier! I to purchased a Tori Bird Lamp for approximately $150 and 3 months later I have yet to receive the item. Everything proceeded normally at first, I got a tracking number and a package did arrive at my house. When I opened the box, it was exactly as someone else described, a small orange globe light that is extremely cheap. I immediately contacted customer service and at first, a woman named Joyce responded, that there was a mix up at the wear-house and that this was a "free gift" and they would be looking into where my order went. It has now been 3 months and I have yet to hear back from them after I repeatedly followed up with emails and calls to their listed phone number. At this point, I will be following up with my credit card company as I'm realizing this is a bigger scam and not a problem with my individual order. The whole experience has been extremely disappointing.

I purchased the Tori Bird table top lamp and never received it I reached out to customer service got a reply saying that there was shipping delays and I will be getting a free gift and once it’s in the US it will be 5 to 12 days three more weeks go by and this is after already a month before I even reached out the first time I reach out again and never get a reply I will file a complaint with my bank and hope I can get a refund I feel so foolish not checking to make sure it wasn’t a scam first

I ordered a lamp similar to the other person who submitted a complaint. Over a month later and after two emails to them still nothing. No updates on the traching number. A visit to their instagram will show its a rampant issue.

I purchased a $200 floor length Tori Bird Lamp off their website. Shipping said 5-12 days. After weeks went by, I started reaching out to the company about why I never received my order. No response from the company for almost a week. I also reached out to the "shipping company" and asked if they had any insight. They said the tracking number I was provided was fake. I found the company on Instagram, and on every post, TONS of people commenting "never got my order", "this is a scam", "do not buy from them" etc. Finally received an email from them basically telling me to check with neighbors. Later that same day, I received a package in the mail from them with basically garbage inside. It was a small yellow globe on a 6 inch stand with a USB port on the end. I wrote another email requesting an immediate refund. They responded and said this is a "free gift". It has been over a month since I ordered the lamp and all I have received was this "free gift". Luckily, I reported it to my bank who returned my money, but their website is still up!!
