I ordered a Tori Bird Lamps - https://kansonahome.com/products/the-tori-bird-lamp - from Kansona Design after seeing it on Instagram. I received a tracking number and about a month later, the package was said to be delivered. What I got was not what I paid for - I received some small USB night light instead of the lamp. When I reached out to customer service, I was told that my package had been delivered. When I explained that what I got wasn't what I ordered, I was told that I received a "freebie" and would be getting the lamp soon. I asked for a full refund and that was when they stopped emailing me back. I tried sending out multiple messages to them, but to no avail. During all this, I went to Instagram and saw comments on Kansona Design's page from several people claiming to have been scammed - some out of thousands of dollars. Since then, the posts and comments have been deleted. I've tried contacting Instagram about Kansona Design so that their page would be removed, but nothing ever came of that. I also contacted my bank, but since it's a scam and not fraud, I can't get any money reimbursed.
