I found the company through targeted ads on instagram, and ordered an inflatable splash pad/ slide for my children. Everything seemed fine at first I received an invoice to my email and a few days later I was given a shipping notification and tracking number which took me to a strange tracking system, but since the product was coming from china I did not think anything of it. After time passed and the product did not arrive I rechecked the tracking number and it said it was delivered. I attempted to contact the company but the “contact us” link on their website listed an email address that was undeliverable. I did contact them by replying to my invoice email after failing to refind them on instagram. After many back and forths each time with them insisting the package was delivered and me proving that it was not only not delivered but no mail or delivery service had any record of their tracking number they changed their story and stated that they sent sunglasses to my house by accident and need to get that package back before they can ship the correct product because they have “lost a lot of money.” When I click the link to their store, the only products they have listed are clothing with no slides to be found. Because I cannot find this company on instagram I cannot use their normal reporting procedures, but I will email them to notify them of this predatory “company”
