Kaneka is a trading platform where I deposited overtime $10000 using Crypto.com and Kraken digital curency. The person who contacted me helped me to make profit in approximately 6 months. My profit was $47000. I contacted the company that I wanted to withdraw all of my funds. Kaneka told me that I had to pay taxes in advance before I am allowed to withdraw funds. They provided me with a wire transfer account in Zion Bancorporation and I transfered $12000. Kaneka stated that they haven't recieved my funds, but my bank says that money has been transfered succsesfuly. I spent a month talking to Kaneka customer service about locating my wire transfer with no result. I got no details if they were actually looking. Then I told them that I would like to withdraw my original investment since I don't need to pay taxes on that amount. After my request, they blocked the option of contacting customer service chat. It gives me an error each time I click.
