I bought a product off their website, received the product and it never powered on. I tried to call customer service got a message stating due to high requests they would not be able to help me but I should leave a message for a call back or email them directly. I left a message and have yet to receive a call back. I have sent several emails, the only email I received back stated that they do not give refunds to already opened packages. How do you know if your product works if you don’t open it and try it? In addition they advertise a lifetime warranty so how can they deny a refund or replacement product for a faulty one that has never been used except to try and charge it? I have heard nothing from them since.
