I ordered boots from this company on December 1,2020 and have not received the item as of yet. I then sent the a text message informing them of this matter. I received a text back stating that they are sorry for the inconvenience but assured me that the purchase was on its way with a tracking number which does not work. I looked on their site to find that another person is experiencing the same thing. Please look into this matter.
