Ordered a wig on 6/4/20, shipped on 6/5/20, arrived in US 6/11/20, received on 7/18/20, 43 days from order/ship. One excuse after another. Product received
was wrong color. My wife's reaction to wig, "I can find a better quality wig in a
Halloween store every October and for less. 100% money back guarantee, a LIE !
Offered 20% refund, then 40%, just wanted to be DONE WITH IT. DO NOT EVER
BUY FROM THIS SCAM CHINESE Company. Lucia, a rep, is a LIAR. It's like
everything that comes out of china is CRAP. Nothing that comes out of china is ever good. Pet food, home insulation, they steal our technology, they reek a death virus

DO NOT EVER, EVER, EVER buy a wig from this company.!they are completely dishonest and nothing but a SCAM company. I purchased 2 wigs, it took for ever to receive them. when I got them BOTH wigs were NOTHING like I ordered. I contacted the email on the website, got no response, emailed a 2nd time got no response, the 3rd time I got a response. In each email I stated my disappointed and asked for a refund and a return shipping address. After my 4th email, this company refuses to provide a return shipping address and asked me if they could just give me a 20% refund and I could keep the wigs! They are completely DISHONEST! what kind of company does this! I have reported them to the BBB and left another review on another internet platform. My bank is now handling the refund for me. Its very disgusting that this company continues to rip folks off with NO accountability and no conscience! PLEASE DO NOT FALL VICTIM TO THESE CROOKS!

Took over 5 weeks to receive order, but items received were not what I ordered AT ALL and were TERRIBLE quality.

Was told I had to return items at my expense which would have been half of what they cost in the first place & then I would receive refund which would have left me out 50% of what I spent. My credit card company is handling.

I am very disappointed with the (bubble wrapped) wig I received. I am out over $40.00 because the wig color is NOT like what is advertised. I don't know how Raquel Welch can be a spokesperson for this company. But I guess she has more than enough money and doesn't really care about the products. Or maybe she doesn't know what is going on. I never realized that once you get the wig forget about getting your money back. The envelope said something to the effect that don't send it back to the return address listed. What a darn ripoff!

I ordered a wig for my wife on April 27, 2020. I have been tracking the purchase until yesterday, when ALL tracking information disappeared. Please contact me at [email protected].

I received my wig 5 weeks after I purchased it. Wrong color and very much messed up in the packaging. I contacted them over a week ago and no response whatsoever. I also asked for a label to send the (nasty) product back and still no response. Yes, I've been scammed too. It's an ugly piece of work and I'll still keep trying to contact them. I also have another email address, which is:: [email protected]. I sent the email to both addresses. It's a "wait and see" type of game ...

A wig picture popped up & looked good. I clicked on it and it said something like "Quick Sale" $37.99 plus $9.99 postage. I gave the color and size I wanted with mailing address and credit card. It immediately took my information and was gone. When the wig came it was in a bubble wrap envelope. There was no receipt, no bill of sale, no information and no proof of my purchase. The wig was huge, orange/red color very badly constructed. The only return address was 25 Pipeline Ave, no. CA 91710. I was not about to return it for a refund with no proof that I'd paid for it or give my credit card number to be refunded for it when I had no proof of any kind, and they'd have my credit card information. I called my bank and he gave me a phone number to call. A voice came on saying there was no customer service available because of the Corona Virus and they directed me to Pay Pal which I never use. My bank told me to let them know what I find out but then I saw these complaints so knew something was up that smelled like a scam of some kind. I can't believe Raquel Welsh would allow her picture to be shown advertising her wigs on a site that's not reputable. Anything you can do to help me will be greatly appreciated! Thank you.

I, too ordered one of the wigs that popped up on the wig websites I was looking through. It looked cute so I pushed a button which took me to that picture and said it was a "Quick Sale" so I purchased it for $37.99 plus they charged $9.99 shipping. I put the size and color I wanted, but when it came in a padded envelope with no receipt, no proof that I paid for it and no return information of any kind. I checked with my credit card and talked with someone from my bank who gave me a phone number to call. The only address was only partially available on my computer screen but looked like it was in China or something. I called the number and got an automated voice that said because of the Corona Virus, there was no one to talk with. They kept telling me to go to the Pay Pal website with my information, but I never use Pay Pal and there was no way to communicate that to. There was no receipt, no return label or information on how to exchange like other companies put out. The only address in the return slot on the bubble wrap envelope this awful wig came in was 25 Pipeline Ave. no. CA 91790 but I wasn't about to return the wig since I had no Proof Of Purchase receipt. I'm not about to put my credit card number in so they can refund my money without knowing who it's going to or what they'll do with my information. I'm not happy about this at all. My bank tells me I can file a FRAUD CLAIM and since reading the above remarks I'm ready to do that. I can't think Raquel Welsh would approve off her picture being used if the company is a scam. Please advise what to do.

I ordered a wig from Kami wigs. They sent me the wrong color and style. I tried e-mailing them at [email protected] get to that e-mail address. There is no phone number listed so I cannot call them.

I also ordered a wig for the same amount and it arrived about four shades darker than shown in the ad. I had NO CARD in my package and now no way To ask for a return. Please do NOT buy from this company - same address as the above comment. Baodan in first line of an address in China. The ad was for JAMI WIGS. Please investigate this company and customers, DO NOT BUY from this scam.

Kami Wigs was first sited by me as a pop-up add while playing online games. The wigs were offered at a discounted price. I had placed an order for one of their wigs priced at $38.97 - total price after taxes added. I used a credit card to make the purchase. I waited nearly two weeks for my package to arrive. When I received my package the wrong wig was mailed to me. The wig was the wrong color, the wrong style and the wrong length and size.

The return address on the wig's packaging was: Baodan, No. 9 Warehouse, No.1508, Hanghai East Road, Jingkai, District Zhengzhou City, Henan 450016, China. Within the wig's packaging was a card stating Tips: 1.) If there are any issues with your order, please visit our website and contact service via this email: [email protected]. We will do our best to help you and reply to all emails within 1 business day. I have since learned there is no such email address. Also, listed on the card - 2.) Please kindly do not return your item to the address on your package, since it is not our return address and will affect your return process.

I did email tr027341 stating I had received the wrong wig and asked for a return address. I received an email from [email protected] stating they needed a clear picture of the item, with bar code, tracking number and SKU number of the item. They DID NOT offer a return mailing address. I believe I have been scammed while trying to purchase a wig through KAMI Wigs.

Could you please look into this matter so no one else will waste their money and time on these crooks. Thank you.
