I searched the internet for streaming assistance in accessing Prime Video account. I phoned the number provided and was offered extra channels with Prime that were not free. I paid $129 USD for a bundle of extra channels. They sent me a PayPal page; but since I didn't want to use PayPal, I took the option of using a credit card. After the purchase, I was sent an invoice through PayPal. I was encouraged to phone the number Kalash provided (1-855-236-1719) for any questions or further assistance. The next day when I decided to cancel (the invoice said I had 7 days to cancel), there was no answer or even a message saying that the number was currently busy. That was a red flag, but I decided to keep the purchase. A few weeks later when I tried to access an extra Prime channel that I had purchased, of course, I couldn't. I called the number again to see if I could find out why, and the number was no longer in service. I checked online and the site was gone. So I contacted PayPal, and the matter was investigated. I received a call to tell me that there had been similar complaints, and they were refunding my money. Still a little suspicious at this point because I thought maybe Kalash had taken over my PP page, I wasn't sure the call was legit. But the money has now been refunded to my credit card, which I have since cancelled. Since I never logged in to my PP account, I guess Kalash had no access to it, only the credit card I had used.
