Hey guys just an update I’ve also order items from Kakimoda back in 2020 month of may it also took also 2 1/2 months to receive my order eventually when I emailed them & requested a refund they emailed me back saying that it had already been sent out to be shipped. The person that emailed name was Beth. Hopefully this email will help you guys get in touch with someone.

I ordered from them a month ago. I haven't received the shoes. I tried to contact them no luck. Now the site is shut down. Scammers for real. I wish I would have read reviews before ordering and kept my money.

I ordered shoes from them way back in March and never received them! Paid almost $40 and when I initially emailed them they apologized and made up an excuse about shipping due to the pandemic and told me they would take care of it! I still never received the item and now have not had any success with reaching them! Definitely scammers!

I ordered some boots almost 3 months ago still have received them everytime I email them they come up with a excuse saying it got lost @ the airport it will come soon still no boots this company need to be shut down bad business and also need to be investigated,Thanks Rayshelle Williams

Just received after 2 months and disputing with PayPal and can not even get a refund because the product was delivered. Can not even return the mess. The shoes are garbage and Payless shoes were better so what does that say. NOT AT ALL what was advertised and its a joke. See attached pic

I Ordered 2 pairs of boots 2 months ago and NEVER RECEIVED them! I tried to contact them and no response! Big scam! The tracking has said "in transit" for 2 weeks and i get a response from them saying it is stuck at the airport.. urgg

I purchased shoes and two coats for my daughters. They charged my PayPal and sent out an email that the order was getting ready to be shipped. But nothing else. And now there's no one to contact anyone as they aren't answering the email they have listed on the email. I spent $97.

so I was introduced of thier buissness via instagram. I made a big order of these nice shoes. My order was makde in Febuary this year and now I am in the middle of May and still have no items I purchased. I emailed them because they have no other means of contacting about the where abouts of my items. They them created a shipping label to fedex last month. I contacted fedex and they said the tracking number I recieved they just made a label but never sent the item to fedex. Therefore they still have the items if they even have any items at all and fedex does not have my package at all nor ever. I spent close to 200.00 on this store. Grant it this package should have been mailed out far before the coronavirus epedemic and knowing it takes time from out of country to get to the united states I took it into consideration. Being said I recieved two packages from my daughter who is stationed in Japan during this time, i feel I have been a overly patient client. There should be no excuses as the covid 19 because this items should have been mailed way before the worldy outbreak.

I seen there as on Facebook and instagram many times and decided to have look at there website on Sunday, April 12, 2020 I went on and seen a pair of sneakers, really loved them so before reading reviews and looking into company (I usually always read reviews) I placed the order, said it may take a little longer to ship due to Covid-19, said 15-20 days, well I received an email on April 13 saying they received my order and shipping info was sent! Well it has not even been shipped yet, Kakimoda has no phone number to even contact them. I've emailed them about 50 times, I rarely hear back from them, three times I did and the first two of them responses they lied to me about shipment and I called them out on the lie! I included my phone number multiple times and also ask for a contact number for them multiple times and not once have they responded to that, also I asked them for full refund, just put the money back on my card, no response, several times for that also! Did research and found horrible reviews of people getting scammed and this is just horrific to me, how a company gets away with this and can sleep at night!????? So many people have ordered merchandise from kakimoda and never received an order # or the product! It's absolutely disgusting that they get away with this scam/fraud

Placed order mid March never received any notification of status in shipping once I contacted them on numerous occasions mismatched tracking numbers as well no shipping status... asked for refund and to have my order cancelled on numerous occasions...company refuses to send me accurate Information or fulfill my wishes for refund . In process of cancelling transaction through my bank since I have no update on my package!!!
