locked up my computer and sent an email to contact them to purchase tech support and obtain my banking info to charge me for a service contract. I told him I was not going to purchase a service contract. Now James Tyron sent me an email that I would have to complete his form in order to cancel any renewal and I had only 2 days to send in the cancellation. He was unable to send the form to me via email or internet. I sent him an email that there was to be no renewal and was no allowed to debit my bank account. Not sure if he had that info as I asked him for my bank info but he would not provide it so I don't know that he has that info. I notified my bank that I believe he is scamming me and not to submit any payment to this person or company.
