They advertised a Pergola (outdoor garden) for sale. I paid $80 for it through PayPal. When the item didn’t arrive, I contacted the email provided. They did actually respond and said it would take some time. Sent me a tracking number so I could track it. That didn’t work. As time went on and still no product, they said they would resend it. I waited and waited. Still no product. Emails from them said it was shipped and sent me the delivery information. Said it made it to my city but was lost. HOW DO YOU LOSE A PERGOLA? I asked for a refund and they said they would do so, with a charge for THEIR troubles. I waited and waited and waited for the refund. Still in contact via email and they said they sent it to my bank. I asked them how do they know where I bank. I paid through PayPal. Still nothing to this day. The company is located in China.
