The company has not delivered or responded to contact us, email.

Ordered what we thought were quality and handmade shoes.

Shoes have not arrived. Received order confirmation and lots of advertising. No shipping information, no phone number, and no address to back up American made.

TOTAL SCAM, we are going to pursue charge back from credit union.

I ordered shoes and clothing products through their website (Kaegreel.com). Read the reviews on their website and the reviews seemed ok with most folks complaining that it just took a long time to get their shipment like 30 days. I ordered in January 2023 and still have not received any of my items. I have emailed them at Service@kaegreel numerous times asking for a status update or a tracking number. No response from their customer service at all for 2 months now. I continued to email them and ask them to cancel my order and no response. I provide my order number on their chat box and the chat box found my order as being placed and wouldn't continue the chat. I'm completely out of $210 because of this company. Do not order from them!

This is a website selling slippers, shoes and wallets.

After ordering they charged my credit card but no merchandise ever showed up. I emailed them and they assured me twice that it would be priority shipped. They send shipping links that link to nothing.
