In error dialed 8557577326 instead of 8557577328 (Spectrum). Was told of a better pkg w/AT&T & given the info. Gave my drivers license #, social security # for credit check. Later called Spectrum to confirm cxl & was told the call was fraud to watch my credit for identity theft & my svc w/Spectrum was not cxld & nobody can change it but me.
