I ordered a pair of boots from here on my debit card. I initially received a confirmation email for my order but then my order stayed "Processing" for a few days and my bank has yet to clear the charge—it's still "Pending." I emailed customer support and asked for tracking information 3 times and got no reply. No phone numbers listed on site. Can't find any reviews of site anywhere or any mention of.

I emailed them one last time to warn them that if I didn't receive a reply I would report them and lock my card. No reply.
