It was represented that you pay $9.95 for shipping for some pots and pans in this give away. They took the $9.95 but never received any merchandise. I figured I should have known better and my bad. This initial charge was made on 1-17-24. When they charged my card again on 2/23/24 for $44.19 I put two and two together and realized they intended to charge my card every month for what I had no idea. Called the bank 2/27 to dispute charges. Then looked up company online and contacted them. Very surprised there is an actual company and someone answered the call. She did not sound like she was from N. Carolina. Said the charges were for participation in giveways. Which is not how it was represented. I explained to her I never agreed to this type of account, never got an email or anything stating the terms of this acccount. Told her to cancel my account immediately. I asked about a refund of the 44.19 she said she couldnt refund it. I told her I would dispute it with Visa. I hung up, she called me back and said she could refund 35% I said I was disputing it with Visa and to not call me back.
