Went on-line to book a trip to Ireland and I paid with my card that is attached to my credit union. I was charged $877.29 and then other charges were made under other company names-I didn't know this was the same company and I called my credit union and they stopped the other payments and closed that card and send me a new card. I am trying to cancel as due to health problems I am not flying to Ireland this summer. I can't seem to get through either by my account on-line or via telephone-I called yesterday and talked to a woman named Valerie and she had a heavy accent (as everyone I have talked to on phone about this) and even though I had a print out of the booking with my correct DOB-I was told by Valerie they had a different DOB! I am asking ScamPulse.com and my credit union (Navy Federal) to help me get this booking cancelled and to warn anyone else that this company doesn't seem to be legit.

I booked on line ticket for February 14 and they send me confirmation for march 14 I called to change date asap they said they can not do it or I have to pay 350 cancellations fee airline cancel ticket within 24 hours

Justfly offered online airline tickets at discounted price. Booked flights for July 24th-28th with my fiancee and noticed the webpage added a different middle name initial into my fiancee information on the confirmation page. I deleted the webpage error and confirmed the dates and paid with my Visa. A few minutes later, I received an email showing the wrong departure and return dates on our tickets. My finacee immediately called Justfly to notify them on their website issues of putting around information on the tickets. The representative said their manage would lower the cancellation fee to $35 for each ticket and we would have to re purchase new tickets. I immediately called Justfly back and demanded to speak with a manager who agreed to credit back to my Visa the original airline tickets and the cancellation fee that would take up to 10 business days. I still have not been credited on my Visa and still waiting. I explained to the Manager that this is fraudulent of the cancellation fees for their online computer errors and the numerous ScamPulse.com similar complaints.

This website advertises cheap flights. I selected $700 flights x3 and went through the booking process including entering credit card information. The total amount did not display until I had booked the tickets and the price had increased to over $1100 each flight without any notification of the increased price. I immediately tried to cancel online but could not as it stated it was still pending. I then called customer service and was told that the cancellation was going to be $75 each flight because it was no longer pending. This s an obvious bait and switch scheme. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE!!!! They are scam artists
