Placed order March of 2023. Was supposed to be received within 2 weeks. Contacted via social media and email, got generic response about orders including free gift for long wait period. Now June 2023 no product and still receiving same generic answer and all social media has been deleted.

Placed the order months ago, haven’t received any product when it said it would be in the next week. They limited their comments on insta which is @justbeyouperiod. They also blocked off their messages and there’s no way to contact them. Plenty of other people have been having these problems, and it’s stressful.
