This company is a new vendor offered by the Department of Corrections for inmate packages. Initially my love one received this package slip and sent it to me. I ordered the items online early November 2017. When I was notified by my love one that the box had not been received I attempted to get in touch with the company numerous times. I went online and called the listed number on the website and tried to log into the account. The website kept returning an error message that the password was invalid, and email did not exist, when I put in the information. I did some research on the company and it appears that this company has a lot of issues taking people's money, not sending packages and not issuing refunds for partial packages. The phone number listed on the website kept sending me through this weird recording around in a circle placing me on hold for long periods of time. After several attempts I contacted my bank. I finally received an email for a new password on January 14, 2017. In fact I received 4 different emails at the same time, with four different passwords to access the account, and I still couldn't get into the website. I tried to notify them to cancel the box, because it has not been received yet, nearly two months later, but you can never get in touch with a live person. I sent an email to cancel the box to [email protected], no response! I did not receive a copy of the purchase via email, but during the ordering process I received a confirmation number, I thought nothing of it. I order packages all the time and I have never come across an issue like this. it all looks very legit. I no longer have access to the order number because it disappears so quickly after ordering. The money has not been taken from my account. Thank God I don't need the head ache of trying to get my money back. I had the bank to cancel my card. Buyer beware do not use this company to order your inmate packages.
