Spirit Airlines refunded unused flights after their meltdown two weeks ago, but Just Fly (the online travel agent) won’t release the refund to us. They said we must pay $300 to make the ticket refundable, then we’ll receive full refund PLUS “nearly all” the $300 back within two hours. When I said this was poor business practice and we had no reason to trust them, the supervisor, John Michael, became defensive and said that was their policy.

The big problem is, Just Fly is holding the money owed to a Haitian national who traveled to the United States. This scamming company needs to be brought to the attention of the Attorney General.
