I purchased a pair of slippers off of the website May 26th 2020. Since then it states that the item is SHIPPED with no tracking info. Money was taken out of my account and I still have not received the product and its January 26,2021. I have sent 7 emails and no response. I wonder how many other peoples money has been taken like this.
