An organizer of a boutique (crafts & ds etc) event signs a contract with a venue for a smaller space, advertised as booths of 8x10 or 10x10 but on set up day, vendors found the room to be too small to hold any booths and would be packed like sardines. Event was cancelled. Was promised a refund but that never happened! This 'organizer' is known to pull stunts like this in Syracuse and Ogden.
