I called HP to get my Laptop fixed and was connected to this company. They said for $10 I could get help online. Only help I got was suggest I call HP and sent laptop in. stated I could cancel anytime. Subsequently they have charged my account $46.00 the last 2 months.

I got online to cancel and got their help line. When I said I wanted to cancel, they only sent me a form to sign up again for this service and then locked me out when I tried to explain I wanted to cancel.
