I had place and order on Jurllyshe website on march 3 and spend 209.49 worth of clothes and wait it weeks until march 15 and the 18 that when I received my order open up my package and the clothes order did not look like what order can not fit my clothes trying to get intouch with the merchant to return my clothes but no response until I file a dispute with my bank then they respond to me through a email stating that they can not return the item I have to return it myself I don’t have no information from the of returning my order this site is a scam they are use someone else’s logo and placing it on the clothes that are fake and the material is fake the site is fake and the logo they are using is gallery dept

My neices sent me this site to purchase items for Christmas for them. January 5th i reach out to them with no response. January 6th i emailed them again. No reponse. January 7th i DMd them on their Instagram page. They responded and said due to logistics my package was late. The post office never received their item i veifiedd. Since i paid through Zip in case something like this happened, i reached out for their assistance. They told Zip the same thing however their tracking number shows the item never left their facility. For over a month. Zip did not help at all. Told me to contact them. They have stopped responding to me via Instagram and nothing via email. When i reviewed their comment section several people stated they did not get their items and were told "logistics" were at fault. Do not work with Zip, they have fraud retailers on their site and will not remove them. DO NOT ORDER FROM Jurllyshe!! They do not deliver the items as promised!
