My AOL Mail account was locked--I couldn't open my mail. I did an AOL search for Help and Support. I clicked on the appropriate link and was told by "AOL" that my computer had a very bad virus that was progressively infecting my whole system along with AOL. They supposedly showed me a screen of my system becoming infected. It had to be fixed right away before it got worse, they said, so I agreed. They charged me $180 to UN-hijack it.
