I was referred to this account through an influencer that I've followed for several years. I placed two orders a few days apart and after 5 weeks I reached out for an update on my orders. After attempting to contact the business through their website, email, paypal messaging, and instagram; I filed a dispute with paypal. The company finally responded through private message on instagram that they would look into it and then never replied again. The company continued to post new items on a daily basis, but would not return messages. Several individuals began to comment on their postings that they were waiting for refunds and that the company was non-responsive. After several weeks and posting in the public comment section, the company responded saying they had no reason to respond to me since I opened a dispute case. However, part of the dispute process is the attempt to resolve it. If the company had been legitimate then paypal would rule in their favor. The company responded rudely and claimed that I was harassing them and then blocked me from communicating with them further. The company sells "designer inspired luxury goods". I cannot speak to the actual items, since I never received either of my orders and am still awaiting a paypal ruling.
