I follow Julie Anna Fitness on Instagram where she promotes her "fitness plans". She has multiple plans to choose from, each ranging in price between $15-$40. I purchased a plan on Monday, March 4th. I immediately received an email saying that my order was confirmed and that I would receive the program electronically (via email) within the next 24 hours. I've purchased fitness plans online before and received them immediately after payment. Two days went by and I still hadn't received anything, so I emailed her customer service address asking for help. No reply. I tried again a couple of days later, this time to her Instagram direct message. Still no reply, but it was clear she was actively using the site daily (posting videos, pictures, etc.) I finally commented on one of her pictures to see if she would have a better chance of seeing the message and replying. I also noticed there were multiple other girls also commenting, asking about the program they had not yet received. A few hours later all our comments had been deleted - and STILL no response. That's when I realized this program is a scam. She finally replied saying she had already sent the program to me. I checked all spam, junk folders, etc. I replied to let her know and ask her if she could try sending it to a different email. Again - no reply. Instagram shows she's read my messages. I asked for a refund and still messages are just being ignored. Either there is no program and this is all just a big scam or her "customer service team" i.e. just her, is just awful. I actually got in touch with other girls before their comments were deleted, and they all said the same. Weeks and months had gone by for some of them with no reply. Do not waste your money here ladies! You might end up completely empty-handed and without anyone to find a resolution for you.
