I purchased 3 bundles from this company to get send well below what the quality was supposed to be. It took almost 2 weeks to get in contact with the customer service (as their online services don’t work at all) only for them to tell me there was nothing wrong with the items sent. Although there was clearly much wrong with the order as a whole. They would not send me a return label nor issue a full refund of what was paid as they said they would do. Now being passed the return window, they are still not offering a refund for their bootleg product.

Love julia hair! Such a pretty color and great quality have a fresh scent as well, although the minute I put on the wig all of the curl/shapes dropped. Can’t wait to style it properly definitely would recommend it.The lace front wig has a small sheer lace panel attached to the hairline of the wig. I was sold a $300 ‘100% virgin human hair’ 30” 360 lace front wig. When the wig arrived, it looked fantastic and felt soft. When I set it to my wig stand to press (straighten) it, certain hair was melting onto my Chi flat iron. There were also strands of cotton throughout the wig as well. I contacted them, showed pictures and they refused to refund me or replace the wig. After a few days of back and forth they offered to refund $30. I then went to recolor the human hair. It did not take any color after the rinse. And when I combed thru the wet hair, the hairs would spring up and coil. Like elastic. The only part of the unit I purchased was the lace. Which was soft, invisible and 360. An entire waste of a high quality lace for such poor quality hair. Please don’t shop with them.
