I have purchased a hoodie from them 4 months ago and they took the money but no merchandise. I have emailed several times and they responded once and said sorry but nothing more. No order details or emails back! This company is a huge scam! They did the same to my friend.

I ordered a Juice Wrld "Girls Are All The Same" hoodie on August 5, 2019. I recieved an email saying that my order had been shipped on August 27, 2019. My order was then shipped to the wrong address and I tracked the order back to the address that it was originally sent from. I emailed Juice Wrld 999 customer service immediately and asked them what was going on. They told me that they would have to wait until the next shipment was sent out before they could resend my order. They said that they were backed up on all orders and to please be patient. They sent 7 different 6 different emails telling me that they were working on my order and to please be patient. Well, September 29, 2019 I sent another email telling them that the wait time is getting ridiculous and to send me my order or give me a refund, or I will report their company as a scam. Today, I received another email from them saying that they sent my order to the wrong address and that it didn't come back to them and they don't cover lost or stolen items. I know they my order was sent back to the address it was sent from. I tracked the order. So, they basically conned me out of $71.99.

My teenage son wanted some "slides" for Christmas from the JuiceWrld rap artist....so, with my permission, he used my credit/debit card to order a pair for him and a pair for a friend. The order was made on Nov 24, 2018 and to this date NO SLIDES. They pretty much don't answer via email, there's no phone #, and the couple times we received an email was to make excuses. 4 MONTHS LATER we are still missing our order....by reading comments on the FB page as well as complaints on the BBB website I can see pretty much everyone who has ordered merchandise from this people has been scammed out of their money.
