I made a purchase in August 2023. I received notification by email that my shipment has shipped. The Company provided a tracking number. Clicking on the tracking number takes you to a bogus tracking site which was updated to show your package and where it's located. Low and behold it says it is coming from Hong Kong. Middle of September 2023 I reached out to the only email address and received a response after my second email requesting to know where my shipment was. I was told it should arrive within a few more weeks. Very next day I looked at the tracking site and it said my package was delivered to my doorstep. I did NOT have any shipments at my doorstep. I contacted the so-called company again by the only email provided and received three separate emails from three different fraudsters and all three responses make no sense.
