I started chatting with a guy on Facebook Dating his name is Allen. He convinced me that he was a crypto trading expert and said he could help me make some money investing. He showed me how to set up accounts on coinbase and jubi. Once the accounts were set up, I wired money into them from my Wells Fargo checking account. He asked me to send screenshots of everything I did and send them to him via Line. His username on this platform was Lizhuo. After some investments made under his instructions, I decided to withdraw my money from the jubi platform. I was given the run around saying I had to put more money in to help them mitigate some investment risk or something. On July 18th I attempted to contact jubi's customer service to update me on my status and received no message back. I tried to reach Lizhuo through Line and the messaging app on my phone and there was no response. I went back to Facebook dating and he blocked me from his profile. I lost approximately 46K of my life savings. I then attempted to get my money back using the company Clam Justice. I sent them $4,000, gave them all the information I had and nine months later I still don't have my money back and have not been updated on the status of my claim for two weeks.
