John Schultz from J&S Towing and Asset Recovery requested a deposit of $140 to tow my vehicle for same day service. I made the deposit and the terms were that he would pick up the vehicle and the balance of payment would be made upon delivery at destination. He made up an excuse that there was a delay that day and would pick up my vehicle first thing the next morning. The next morning he is unavailable and doesn't return calls or texts. He finally gets back in touch mid day and has another excuse that there was a breakdown and he was the only one working and that he would need another $140 to get gas for the truck to pick up my vehicle. I refused as this was not the original agreement and he refuses to move forward with picking up my vehicle. I requested a refund of my $140 deposit and never got it back from him after multiple requests.
