After I received the email I called the# and a man stated that 2yrs ago a Norton account was made in my name and the trial period has ended and they are charging me 531.28 for a 5yr subscription. I told him I've never signed up for Norton and that his info was incorrect. He said the only way to resolve it was to download "any desk" so that he would have access to my phone and would send me a form for a refund. Well I started the procedure but declined access because a warning came to my phone. After I hung up, removed the app from my phone and now I'm notifying BBB.
