The scammer sent an email to my business, which does not have a physical location and claims to have driven by the location and claimed that it the roof to be fixed. This is a scam. I don't have a physical location for my business. His email stated as follows regarding the "TPO" style roof:

1. it's leaking

2. You don't know where it's leaking from.

3. Your insurance will do their best to mitigate their cost.

My name's Jake with Cardinal Point, your local Roofing, Structure and claim specialists and we have our Doctorate in all 3 of the above mentioned :)

Perhaps it's time to get your building diagnosed at no cost to you.
