I needed to get tickets for the bullet train in Japan so I tried to order the tickets in advance online. This site came up on top of my google search so I bought the tickets WITH insurance at $561. Not only did I not receive the vouchers I also received zero responses once I emailed them on their customer service which supposedly operates 24-7.
