Joel from J&R Locke Photography purchases a Canon Camera from me, after discussing on Facebook. Joel paid $650, I mailed the camera to him, he confirmed receiving it and thanked me. 45 Days later he filed for a chargeback claiming it was an "unauthorized charge" and now my business owes my bank $650 and lost some reputation with them. He committed fraud and is a thief.
