Eduardo Herrera agreed to do a job for $2000. After paying the company, the owner did arrive to complete the job and has not answered phone calls, mail, or email communication. The client feels like it is intentional and the business is taking advantage of their client. The client asked the owner to come back and complete the job and the owner refused to respond after the money was received.
