I owed the IRS and the State taxes. James Porter assured me they would help me get my tax bill reduced. He said his company has a team of tax attorneys working on my case. Safeway Tax had me take out a personal loan with Consumer Financial. I paid them off in full. Then James Porter called me again and said my tax case had complexities. So he had me take out another petsonal loan thru Lending USA. Then he said his Enrolled agents needed more time and money so he could finish a financial analyst and work with the IRS and the State. All I ever got was a forwarded copy of a financial analyst for an extra 10000.00 or more. They never contacted the IRS because I did. I set up payment arrangements with them. The State also called me and had a person assigned to me and he requested a financial analysis. I set up payment arrangements with the State. So the only thing I can say Safeway Tax did for me was a financial analysis which took them over a year to produce.
